How DSLR Camera Came into Existence?
The earlier photography cameras are now called as “view cameras” or “field view cameras”. These cameras also had a single lens but used a ground glass at the focal plane for composing and focusing, rather than a complex mirror system used in SLRs. This requires the camera to be mounted on a tripod and the photographer views the dim image under a dark cloth, which is slow, cumbersome and uncomfortable practice.
Later cameras sealed the light-sensitive medium as well as image-capturing lens into a single unit and to provide a comparable view of whatever the camera was pointed towards, depended upon supplementary lenses mounted on the edge of the camera or built into the camera. This setup provided a more convenient workflow but it also added an element of uncertainty to the process. It offered close framing but not exact.
After flocks of improvements came the DSLRs. DSLRs are the cameras that have removable lenses and a reflex mirror allowing live optical viewing through the lens taking the image. In a simple way, DSLRs use a mirror that enables you see the image you are about to shoot through view finder, and when you take the shot, the mirror flips up and allows the image sensor to capture the image.

Ease of use – an entry-level DSLR is aimed at those new to digital photography; therefore it needs to have a lot of easy […]
